Taylor joined Advanced Contracting Enterprise (ACE) in 2023 after over a decade of executive-level experience growing Medical Waste Management Inc. into one of the largest medical waste service providers in the country, which was successfully sold in 2021. Taylor brings a proven track record of business development and leadership while aspiring to bring an entrepreneurial mindset to the team.

Pierce’s passion for the construction industry started as a child watching his dad build a successful career in commercial construction. He followed his dad’s footsteps and graduated from LSU Construction Management, launching his own career in the industry. With over 15 years of experience, Pierce brings project management and business development skills to ensure successful outcomes and long-lasting relationships.
